What is Vinvice’s main purpose?+
Vinvice is designed to integrate business invoicing with FBR digital invoicing workflows in Pakistan. Invoice creation, customer records, and product tax details support that central purpose.
Is live FBR submission available?+
Vinvice implements FBR invoice validation and submission. Production use requires your company’s production token, applicable onboarding checks, and successful verification with FBR. A saved invoice is not proof of FBR acceptance; check its submission status and returned invoice number.
Are sandbox and production settings separate?+
Yes. Each company has separate sandbox and production tokens. Shared API endpoints are managed centrally. Sandbox scenario testing is handled by administrators, separate from production invoices.
Can I import existing invoices?+
Yes. Vinvice supports CSV imports for invoices, customers, and products using the required column format for each import.
Can my team work across multiple companies?+
Users can be assigned to multiple companies and switch between their available workspaces. Access and permissions are managed per company.
Can I print or download invoices?+
Yes. The invoice PDF preview lets you print or download an invoice with company details, buyer information, line items, and totals.
